| Mommy and Me Classes at Action Karate are fun and informative. Children ages 2 and 3 learn best when involvement from Mommy, Daddy, Grandparent or Caregiver participates. Action Karate’s clean, safe environment is perfect for nurturing your little one’s ability to grow. |
| Our instructor works as your guide, as you and your child work together on basic motor and social skills. You and your child’s strong bond will grow even deeper while you practice together a variety of movements to help develop balance, coordination, rhythm and social skills. |
| Our Martial Arts is taught age appropriately and is used to increase strength and flexibility. As a team we will prepare your little one for preschool and independence, following directions and cooperating, taking turns and sharing and of course accepting new challenges. Through warm-ups, one-on-one "play dates" with their parent, and group games, you'll be encouraging a love for the fun, discipline, and fitness martial arts is all about! |
